Have you ever wondered how to approach designing your own garden, what you need to know to be a garden designer or the skills involved? Award-winning garden designer and BBC Gardeners' World presenter Adam Frost will reveal the process and principles.
A fun and inspiring day full of insights and ideas. Adam will guide you step by step through the key points and discuss how there is more to great design than being artistic.
You will find out where to look for inspiration and how to use that to create a design. Adam will explain the things to consider in your garden, such as which way it faces and the conditions of the soil. Using examples of private and public gardens he has designed, he will demonstrate how to use shapes to plan a garden and then how to turn those shapes into features.
